摘要:
针对贵州某金矿类卡林型复杂难处理金矿石常规氰化金浸出率低，矿石中“劫金”物质对金的回收影响严重等问题，进行了加热-钝化预处理（HAP法）浸出工艺试验研究。结果表明：HAP法浸出工艺可显著提高含“劫金”物质的类卡林型金矿石的氰化浸出率，现场扩大试验可获得金浸出率75 %的较好指标，且该工艺具有生产流程简单、清洁，新增设备少，吨矿成本低等优势，为类卡林型金矿资源的开发利用开辟了一条新途径。

Abstract:
The gold leaching rate of the carlin-like complex refractory gold ore from a gold mine in Guizhou is low by conventional cyanidation and the preg-robbing material has serious influence on gold recovery.In view of these issues,the paper carried out a new heating and passivation pretreatment(HAP) leaching process.The results show that the new process can greatly enhance the leaching of the complex refractory carlin-like gold ore containing preg-robbing materials.The pilot test can obtain a gold leaching rate of 75 %.The process is simple and green,with few additional equipment and low cost per ton,opening a new path to develop and utilize carlin-like gold resources.
