摘要:

为满足国内纯银、银制品及含银产品在生产、加工过程中检测的需求,设计并研制了纯银纯度标准物质,银品位为99.994 %,使其在量值溯源和质量控制方面发挥重要作用。纯银纯度标准物质表面洁净、粒度均匀,经超声清洗、烘干后真空包装于塑料瓶中,其均匀性、稳定性检验结果均为良好。采用辉光放电质谱法、电感耦合等离子发射光谱法、惰性气体熔融-红外热导法、燃烧红外法等对77种杂质元素质量分数进行测定,差减得到银品位。同时采用原子吸收光谱法对银品位进行验证。经多家权威实验室联合定值,定值结果准确,不确定度评定合理。

Abstract:

The study designed and prepared certified reference material for pure silver purity with silver grade up to 99.994 %,in order to meet the detection of pure silver,silver and silver-containing products in the process of production and processing in China,and make them count in measurement traceability and quality control.The pure silver purity certified reference material is clean in surface and has homogeneous grain size.The material is cleansed and dried by ultrasound before being put in vacuum plastic bottle.The homogeneity and stability are both good according to test results.Glow discharge mass spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,inert gas melting-infrared thermal conductivity method,and combustion infrared method are used to determine the mass fraction of 77 impurity elements.After weight deduction,the silver grade is obtained.In the mean time,the silver grade is verified by atomic absorption spectrometry.The value is determined by several authority labs and proves to be accurate.The uncertainty degree is reasonably evaluated.
