银铜合金铸态球晶组织的研究

Study on the as-cast spherulitic structure of silver-copper alloy

摘要:

银铜合金铸态组织中球晶的获得,将为低银高铜的银铜合金制备电接触材料提供可能。试验在银铜合金(w(Cu)=50.0 %)中添加了Co、Si元素,采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对银铜合金的金相和显微结构进行分析。试验结果表明:单独添加Co、Si元素不会产生球晶组织;复合添加Co-Si元素时,富铜相树枝晶被打断,晶粒球化,出现球晶组织。该球晶组织由3层结构组成,黑色核心的CoSix化合物颗粒、灰色区域的富铜相和白色包围带的富银相。

Abstract:


The obtaining of spherulites in the as-cast structure of silver-copper alloy will provide the possibility of preparing electrical contact materials for silver-copper alloys with low silver and high copper content.In this paper,Co and Si elements were added to silver-copper alloy(w(Cu)=50.0 %).The metallographic and microstructure of the silver-copper alloy were observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that the addition of Co and Si elements alone does not produce spherulitic structure;when the Co-Si element is added in combination,the copper-rich phase dendrites are broken,the grains are spheroidized,and the spherulite structure appears.This phase spherulite structure consists of 3-layer structure with black core CoSix compound particles,copper-rich phase in the gray region,and silver-rich phase in the white region.
