Qianhe Gold Mine employs the process that uses filling aggregate as river beach aggregate,transfers filling materials for many times and prepares the materials manually.During the process,the filling pipelines wear significantly,the production efficiency is low and the labor intensity is great.In view of those problems,the filling transfer process in Qianhe Gold Mine is optimized and designed,and the process chosen is the discontinuous preparation continuous transfer filling process.The paper in detail introduces the transfer process flow,wear-resistant pipeline technology and concentration limit control technology.Industrial application shows that with the plan,the mix proportion is accurate,the preparation quality is good,realizing the wear-resistance of the whole elbow,lowering production cost of wear-resistant elbow,and the system is reliable.The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
