摘要:

浅部金属矿资源已接近枯竭,未来金属矿开发将进入地下深部空间。在深部开采环境中,面临着高地应力、高井深、高地温及动力扰动等难题,亟需发展与此特殊复杂开采环境相适应的采矿技术与工艺。膏体充填采矿法具有采场不脱水、接顶好及强度高等特点,是深部资源安全、绿色及高效开发的可靠方案。介绍了膏体充填的基本概念、主要工艺流程及技术优势,对国内外深地充填现状及其研究成果进行了总结分析,探讨了深地充填中存在的技术难题及技术发展展望,并结合赞比亚谦比希铜矿东南矿体的膏体充填系统这一典型工程实例,对深地充填的应用进行了实践总结。

Abstract:

The metallic ore resources in the shallow crust have been gradually exhausted after undergoing continuous large-scale mining activities.In the future,the exploitation of mineral resources will take place in deep underground space.In the deep mining environment,there are many problems,such as high geostress,high depth of shaft,high ground temperature,dynamic disturbance,etc.It is urgent to develop mining technologies and techniques which are suitable for this special complex mining environment.Cemented paste backfill (CPB) technology has the characteristics of filling the mined-out stopes with no bleeding,good roof connection and high strength,and will become a reliable scheme for safe,green and efficient mining method for deep resources.This paper introduces the basic concept,technological process and technical advantages of the CPB technology,summarizes and analyzes the status and research results of backfilling in deep mining at home and abroad,discusses the technical problems that need to be solved urgently in deep backfilling,and puts forward the prospects of the application of CPB technology in deep underground.In addition,the application of CPB in deep mining is summarized in a practical way with a typical field case,namely the paste backfill system in southeast ore body of Chambishi Copper Mine in Zambia.
