摘要:

对火试金法测定银矿石、银精矿及含银物料(铅阳极泥)中银量测定的补正方式进行了实验,研究了带纯银的全流程补正法、灰皿和熔渣加工混匀后的火试金部分回收法、灰皿和熔渣加工混匀后的火焰原子吸收光谱测定补正法、熔渣二次回收后带纯银的灰吹补正法、熔渣和灰皿的全量火试金回收法等5种补正方式,并总结了各种补正方式的优缺点。针对灰皿和熔渣加工混匀后的火焰原子吸收光谱测定补正法,确定了其最佳取样量及溶样条件。该研究为火试金法测定银量的补正方式提供参考。

Abstract:

Tests on the supplementation method for the silver content determination in silver ores,silver concentrates and silver-bearing materials(lead anode slime) in fire assay are carried out.5 ways for supplementation including overall flow supplementation method with pure silver,fire assay partial recovery method with evenly mixed and processed cupel and residue,atomic absorption determination supplementation method with evenly mixed and processed cupel and residue,cupellation supplementation method with secondary recovery of residue and pure silver,ungraded fire assay method with residue and cupel are studied.The advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized.As for the atomic absorption determination supplementation method with evenly mixed and processed cupel and residue,the optimal sample weight and sample dissolution are determined.The study provides reference for the supplementation methods for the silver content determination in fire assay.
