摘要:
鉴于目前矿石皮带采制样大部分由人工完成，采样代表性差，检测数据准确性低，取样及监督人员多，对后序工作带来极为不利的影响等现象，海南山金矿业有限公司应用了轨道悬挂截流式皮带矿石取样机。详细介绍了该设备的组成、工作原理、使用操作方法、技术要求和技术参数及特点等。工程应用表明：该设备运行稳定性高，所取矿石样品检测数据具有代表性、准确性；减轻了工人劳动强度，提高了工作效率；对稳定产量和质量都具有十分重要的意义，可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。

Abstract:
For now,most of ore sampling and preparation is done manually.Because of that,the sampling representiveness is poor,the detection data have low accuracy,and the number of people for sampling and supervision is big,which is extremely detrimental to following work.Therefore,Hainan Shandong Gold Mining Co.,Ltd.applied track-suspended cut-off belt ore sampler.The paper introduced in detail the composition,working mechanism,operation method,technical requirement and parameters and features of the equipment.Industrial application shows that the equipment operates in a highly stable way,the detection data of sampled ores are representative and accurate; the workload for the workers is reduced and the efficiency is improved;the equipment is significant in stabilizing production and quality.The research can be used as reference by similar mines.
