Experimental study on floatability of pyrite before and after biological oxidation-cyanidation

摘要:

某金精矿采用生物氧化—氰化工艺提金,尾矿中金品位较高,为5 g/t左右。为更有效地回收该氰化尾矿中的金,对载金矿物黄铁矿的表面性质及可浮性进行了研究。结果表明:生物氧化—氰化尾矿中黄铁矿可浮性明显比金精矿中黄铁矿差;矿浆电位对氰化尾矿中黄铁矿的可浮性影响显著,浮选回收率随电位的降低而减小;增加捕收剂用量有利于提高黄铁矿浮选回收率。该研究结果可为生物氧化—氰化尾矿中金的回收提供依据。

Abstract:

Certain gold concentrates are treated by the biological oxidation-cyanidation process which obtains high gold grade,about 5 g/t,in tailings.To more effectively recover gold from cyanide tailings,study on the surface property and floatability of gold-bearing pyrite is carried out.The results show that in the biological oxidation-cyanidation tailings,pyrite floatability is evidently poorer than in the gold concentrate;the slurry potential has great influence on the pyrite floatability in cyanidation tailings:the flotation recovery rate decreases with the potential;increased collector use is beneficial in improving pyrite flotation recovery rate.The research result can provide reference for the recovery of gold from biological oxidation-cyanidation tailings.
