基于X射线衍射法的精矿产品快速检测

Rapid detection of concentrate products based on X-ray diffraction

摘要:

采用传统方法进行矿产品中有价元素及物相分析时需要消耗大量时间,难以满足矿产品快速交易需求。以铜精矿、铅精矿、硫精矿样品作为分析对象,采用布鲁克D8 ADVANCE X射线衍射仪,利用粉末衍射联合会国际数据中心(TCPDS-ICDD)提供的物质标准粉末衍射资料(PDF)及仪器自带数据分析系统,对样品的物相组成及元素进行半定量分析。通过与传统物相分析法及国家标准方法测定结果对比,表明X射线衍射仪可以满足快速检测精矿产品物相及有价元素的需求,且方法适用性良好。

Abstract:

Conventional analysis of valuable elements and their phase in ore products takes much time and can not meet the quick trade requirement for ore products.In this paper,the samples of copper concentrate,lead concentrate and sulfur concentrate are analyzed,and Brooke D8 ADVANCE X-ray diffractometer is used.The material standardpowder diffraction data (PDF) provided by the International Data Center of Powder Diffraction Federation (TCPDS-ICDD) and the data analysis system carried by the instrument were used for the semi-quantatitive analysis of the phase composition and elements of the samples.By comparing the results of conventional phase analysis method and national standard method,X-ray diffractometer can meet the requirement to rapidly detect the phase and valuable elements of concentrate products.The method has good applicability.
