摘要:

针对三山岛金矿深部-1 140 m水平巷道掘进通风不畅导致的高温热害现象,结合井下生产情况,充分利用现有条件,通过计算局部制冷降温系统所需冷负荷,并综合考虑制冷机组、散热装置相对位置(井下-1 140 m水平)及冷凝热排放途径(水仓低温涌水)等,设计出适合于井下-1 140 m水平生产、通风条件的井下集中式制冷降温,井下水仓涌水排放冷凝热的人工制冷降温方案并进行了试运行。试运行期间,周围环境温度降至32 ℃左右,作业环境温度得到明显改善。局部制冷降温技术为矿山深部开采集中式制冷降温系统的远景规划提供了工程经验,也为类似工程提供了参考。

Abstract:

According to the phenomenon of high temperature and heat damage caused by poor ventilation in the deep -1 140 m horizontal roadway excavation of Sanshandao Gold Mine,and based on the underground production situation,the study makes full use of the existing conditions,and calculates the cooling load required for the local cooling system.Comprehensively considering the relative position of the cooling unit,the cooling device (underground -1 140 m level) and the condensation heat discharge ways(low-temperature water gushing in the water bin) etc.,the artificial cooling scheme of underground centralized cooling and condensation heat discharge from water gushing of underground sump is designed and tested,which is suitable for the production and ventilation of -1 140 m level.During the test,the ambient temperature is reduced to about 32 ℃,improving working environment in a significant way.Local refrigeration and cooling technology provides engineering experience for the long-term planning of centralized cooling system for deep mining of mines,and also provides reference for similar projects.
