镇沅金矿松软破碎岩体巷道稳定性分析及支护技术

Study on stability control technology for roadways with soft and fragmented rock mass in Zhenyuan Gold Mine

摘要:

针对镇沅金矿巷道围岩松软破碎的情况,采用理论计算、数值模拟和现场试验相结合的方式,对冬瓜林矿段1 473 m中段巷道围岩进行了地压估算、巷道结构面调查和点荷载强度试验,分析了巷道破坏的原因,总结了巷道破坏形式,建立了巷道破坏形式的力学模型,最终分析确定了巷道破坏时的围岩受力状态。采用锚注联合支护的方式对松软破碎岩体巷道进行掘进和支护,确定了巷道的支护参数,并对其进行了数值模拟,验证了支护方式和支护参数的合理性。在1 473 m中段巷道掘进中进行了现场试验,通过对巷道两帮变形量的监测可以得出,巷道最终的变形量不超过20 mm,巷道未发生较大的变形和破坏,该支护方式可以有效控制巷道的变形破坏。

Abstract:

In view of the soft and fragmented surrounding rock of the roadways in Zhenyuan Gold Mine,the study combined theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field test before conducting the crustal stress estimation of the surrounding rock,the investigation on roadway structural face and the test on point load intensity in the 1 473 m level roadway of Donggualin ore section,summarized roadway failure forms,established mechanical models of roadway failure forms,and finally analyzed and determined the surrounding rock stress status of roadway failure.The joint bolt and sprouting support is used to excavate and support the roadways with soft and fragmented rock mass.The roadway support parameters are determined and numerically simulated,verifying the reasonability of the support measures and parameters.Field tests are conducted in the roadway excavation on the 1 473 m level.Based on the deformation degree monitoring of two roadway sides,it can be seen that the final deformation degree does not exceed 20 mm and no big deformation and failure take place in the roadway.The support measure can effectively control the deformation and failure of roadway.
