摘要:

为最大限度利用丰富的井下热能,充分实现节能减排,某矿山采用高新技术实现矿井水和回风余热综合利用。详细介绍了水源热泵系统组成、工作原理、设备选型等,分析了余热利用的特点及其经济性。利用矿井水和回风余热进行矿山地面供暖、职工浴室洗浴热水加热、井筒保温等,实现了节能减排、降本增效的目的,减少了环境污染,满足矿山冬季供暖、夏季制冷的需求。

Abstract:

In order to make the most of rich underground thermal energy,fully implement energy saving and emission reduction,a mine uses high and new technology to realize comprehensive utilization of remaining heat in mine water and air return.The paper in detail introduced the composition,working principle and equipment selection of water source thermal pump,analyzed the features and economics of remaining heat utilization.The remaining heat in mine water and air return is used to build the surface heat supply system,the bath water heating system in employees’ bathroom,and the shaft warmth keeping system,realizing the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,cost-effectiveness,and environment pollution mitigation,meeting the demand of heat supply in winters and cooling in summer.
