Determination of the height of water-conducting fissure zone based on borehole TV imaging

摘要:

三山岛金矿新立矿区东北翼矿体被海水和第四系覆盖,目前该区域回采至-135 m中段,为安全回采,预留厚近120 m护顶层矿柱,压占了大量的矿产资源。在确保安全回采的前提下,为了尽可能回收上部矿体资源,采用GD3Q-GA全景数字钻孔电视摄像系统,在55勘探线-135 m中段及-240 m中段上盘巷道内施工钻孔,对开采上部矿体可能出现的导水裂隙带高度进行现场实测。研究结果表明:新立矿区东北翼上部矿体围岩裂隙高度为30~40 m。继续向上开采至-115 m中段,其上方仍留有厚约70 m的矿体,导水裂隙带尚未通达隔水层。而-105 m中段所有巷道作为蓄水池在已充满水的情况下均不漏水,研究结果与实际符合,可为矿山东北翼护顶层矿柱安全回采提供技术支撑,也为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:

The ore body in the northeast wing of Xinli mining area of Sanshandao Gold Mine is covered by sea water and Quaternary.At present,the area is mined to the level of-135 m.For safe mining,the roof protection pillar is reserved with a thickness of nearly 120 m,which occupies a large number of mineral resources.On the basis of safe mining,in order to recover the upper ore body resources as much as possible,the GD3Q-GA panoramic digital drilling TV camera system is used to drill holes in the upper roadway of 55 exploration line at -135 m level and -240 m level,and the development height of water persion cracks that may occur in the upper ore body is measured on site.The results show that the development height of surrounding rock fissures in the upper ore body of the northeast wing of Xinli mining area is about 30-40 m.If the mining continues upwards to -115 m level,there is still an upper ore body with a thickness of about 70 m above it,and the water-conducting fissure zone has not yet reached waterproof layer.On the other hand,all roadways at the -105 m level are watertight when they are full of water.The research conclusion is consistent with the actual situation.The reseach can not only provide technical support for the safe mining of the roof pillar in the northeast wing of the mine,but also is used as a reference for similar projects.
