摘要:
针对蚕庄金矿采用底卸式双侧挂钩机械闭锁出现的箕斗出曲轨后不能准确复位、卡箕斗和导向轮松动移位甚至脱落等故障，设计研发了一种基于机器视觉技术的提升机箕斗机械闭锁装置智能分析系统。详细介绍了该系统的工作原理、系统组成和主要功能等。现场应用表明：该系统具有智能化处理、速度快、精度高、稳定性好的优点，实现了同类设备非接触式实时在线监测，对同类设备的安全生产有着极为重要的现实意义，兼顾了经济效益和社会效益，推广应用前景较好。

Abstract:
In view of the failure that the skip can not be accurately reset after getting out of the curved rail,and that the skip and the guide wheel loosens up and shifts or even fall off,when the bottom unloading double hook mechanical locking skip is adopted in Canzhuang Gold Mine,an intelligent analysis system for mechanical locking device of hoist skip based on machine vision technology is designed.The working principle,composition and main functions of the system are introduced in detail.The field application shows that the system has the advantages of intelligent processing,high speed,high precision and good stability,and realizes non-contact real-time online monitoring of similar equipment,which is of great practical significance to the safe production of similar equipment.The system takes into account both economic and social benefits,and has a broad prospect of promotion and application.
