The Tianjiaping Lead-Zinc Deposit is located in the Luonan-Luanchuan Platform margin fold belt on the southern margin of the North China Platform. It belongs to the tectonic altered rock type deposit formed by the hydrothermal process after the medium-low temperature magmatic period. The surrounding rock of the ore body is Indosinian trachyte intruded along the fault and the roof and floor of the fault zone is the andesite of the Middle Proterozoic Xionger Group.Based on the study of ore body characteristics, ore quality and surrounding rock alteration zoning,it is considered that the mineralization of the deposit has gone through 3 stages:the formation of nearly EW-trending faults in the extensional environment, the intrusion of Indosinian trachyte dikes, and ore-bearing fluid of Yanshanian period enrichment and mineralization in the ore storage space formed by secondary fracturing of trachyte dyke.It is inferred that the ore-forming age of the deposit is close to 131 Ma.It is pointed out that the ore body has a large deep prospecting space in tendency, and the westward extension of F1 fault is also an important direction for polymetallic ore prospecting.
