低品位镍矿石细菌浸出提镍工艺研究

Research on bioleaching nickel extraction process for low-grade nickel ores

摘要:

针对低品位镍矿石难以开发利用的问题,采用改良后的高效菌种进行了细菌氧化柱浸试验研究,并考察了柱浸粒度、接种菌量等工艺条件。结果表明:在最佳条件下,采用改良后的高效菌种B43、D44,氧化浸出180 d,可获得良好的试验指标,镍、铜浸出率分别为74.61 %、70.52 %。研究结果可为该类型低品位镍矿石的开发利用提供有效途径。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that low-grade nickel ores are difficult to process,renovated highly efficient bacterial strains are used to carry out biooxidation column leaching experiment,investigating the process conditions such as column grain size and injected bacterial amount.The results show that under optimal conditions,the adoption of renovated highly efficient bacterial strains B43 and D44 can obtain good text index when the oxidation leaching time is 180 d.The nickel and copper leaching rate can be 74.61 % and 70.52 % respectively.The research result can provide effective pathways for the development of similar low-grade nickel ores.
