Optimization and application of mining scheme in Jinshan Gold Mine based on unascertained measure theory

摘要:

针对金山金矿在采用浅孔房柱采矿法和全面采矿法开采厚度6 m以上矿体时,存在的采矿损失率较高、采场生产能力偏小、作业安全性较差等问题,结合湾家坞矿区矿体开采技术条件及开采现状,提出4种技术上可行、经济上合理的采矿方案,并采用未确知测度理论进行方案优化。未确知测度模型评价结果显示:在充分考虑各采矿方案操作难易程度、安全、适用性等9种因素情况下,分段空场分区下盘抛掷爆破充填采矿法为最佳开采方案。

Abstract:

In view of the problems such as high mining loss rate,poor stope production capacity and poor operation safety when short-hole room-and-pillar mining method and comprehensive mining method are adopted to mine the ore body thicker than 6 m in Jinshan Gold Mine,based on the technical conditions and present situation of the ore body mining in Wanjiawu mining area,four technically feasible and economically reasonable mining schemes are put forward,and the schemes are optimized by unascertained measure theory.The evaluation results of unascertained measure model show that 9 factors including operation difficulty,safety and applicability of each mining scheme are taken into full account before the sublevel open stope and footwall throw blasting filling mining method is determined to be the best mining scheme.
