摘要:

针对某黄金生产企业生物氧化矿浆CCD三级逆流洗涤工艺洗涤效果差、后续氰化提金指标不佳、氰化尾矿浆处理难度大的问题,对生物氧化矿浆进行了多种洗涤工艺试验研究,并对不同洗涤工艺处理后的生物氧化渣进行了氰化提金试验。结果表明:采用单室进料洗涤压滤机,压滤+风干+水洗+风干洗涤工艺,洗涤比为1.0时的效果最佳;与原CCD三级逆流洗涤工艺相比,该工艺处理后的生物氧化渣氰化浸出率和金回收率明显提高,氰化尾矿浆中As和难处理氰化物(主要为(亚)铁氰化物)显著降低,大大降低了后续氰化尾矿浆环保治理难度。

Abstract:

In view of the poor washing effect on biological oxidation residue using the CCD three-stage countercurrent washing process in a gold production enterprise,as well as the poor subsequent cyanidation gold extraction index and the difficulty of cyanidation tailings slurry treatment,experiments are carried out on washing the biological oxidation ore pulp with a variety of washing processes.Experiments on cyanidation gold extraction from the biological oxidation residue treated by different washing processes are carried out.The results show that when the single-chamber feed washing filter press is used,the process is filter press+air drying+water washing+air drying washing process,and the water washing ratio is 1.0,the performance is the best;compared with the CCD three-stage countercurrent washing process,the cyanide leaching rate and recovery rate of the biological oxidation residue treated by the process are significantly improved,and the As and refractory cyanide (mainly ferric(ferrous)cyanide) in the cyanide tailing slurry are significantly reduced,greatly reducing the difficulty of the subsequent environmental protection treatment of the cyanide tailing slurry.
