Monitoring of blasting vibration of surrounding rock in deep mining roadway of Jiapigou mining company

摘要:

为及时发现深井开采可能诱发的地压灾害和安全管理问题,针对夹皮沟矿业公司二道沟矿深井开采实际,采用L20型爆破测振仪对-1 410 m中段主运输巷道掘进过程中的爆破震动波进行实时监测与数据分析,获得了深井高应力巷道掘进中的爆破振动特征和传播规律。巷道掘进过程中爆破震动波沿巷道竖直方向的速度衰减最大,沿巷道径向的速度衰减最小;爆破振动频率为150~400 Hz,频率较高,频率范围较宽,属于高频振动,频率对振动破坏影响较小。监测结果为矿山巷道爆破参数优化和长期稳定性分析提供了重要技术支撑,可为同类矿山提供借鉴。

Abstract:

In order to find out possible ground pressure disasters and safety management problems caused by deep mining in time,in view of the practice of deep mining in Erdaogou Mine of Jiapigou mining company,the L20 blasting vibrometer is used to monitor and analyze the blasting vibration wave in the excavation process of the main transportation roadway on the level of -1 410 m,and the characteristics and propagation law of blasting vibration in the excavation process of high stress roadway in deep mines are obtained.In the process of roadway excavation,the velocity attenua-tion of blasting vibration wave along the vertical direction of the roadway is the largest,and the velocity attenuation along the radial direction of the roadway is the smallest; the blasting vibration frequency is 150-400 Hz,the frequency is high,and the frequency range is wide,which belongs to high-frequency vibration,and the frequency has little influence on the vibration damage.The monitoring results provide important technical support for mine roadway blasting parameter optimization and long-term stability analysis,and can be used as a reference for similar mines.
