摘要:

某选矿厂采用浮选工艺处理含砷含碳微细浸染型难处理金矿石,近年来富集比低,金回收指标不理想。为改善浮选效果,进行了选矿工艺流程考查,并在此基础上实施了工艺流程改造及药剂制度改进。通过对中矿处理工艺、循环载体工艺进行改造及添加调整剂等,提高了富集比、金精矿金品位和金回收率,获得了较好的经济效益,净收益119.6万元/a,同时为下游冶炼企业节省生产成本270万元/a。

Abstract:

An ore-dressing plant uses flotation process to treat arsenic and carbonaceous micro-fine particle dissemination refractory gold ores,but in recent years,the concentration ratio is low and the gold recovery index is not satisfying.To improve flotation performance,the ore-dressing process flowsheet is investigated,based on which process flowsheet renovation and reagent regime optimization are implemented.By renovating middlings treatment and recycling carrier process and adding modifiers,the concentration ratio,gold grade in gold concentrates and gold recovery rate are improved,obtaining good economic profits:net profits 1 196 000 yuan/a,and at the same time saving 2.7 million yuan/a for downstream smelting enterprises.
