精锐微泡浮选机在上宫金矿的试验应用

Experimental application of Jingrui micro-foam flotation concentrator in Shanggong Gold Mine

摘要:

上宫金矿一次粗选作业采用浮选柱,选别效果不理想。为了提高选别效率,上宫金矿进行了精锐微泡浮选机半工业试验,并与浮选柱进行了对比。结果表明:无论是处理硫化矿、氧化矿、高铅矿还是混合矿,精锐微泡浮选机选别效果均优于浮选柱,其可强化对细粒级金矿物的回收,获得的金精矿金品位比浮选柱提高42 %,为32.32 g/t,金回收率由26.39 %提高到51.50 %;精锐微泡浮选机适用于上宫金矿粗选作业替代浮选柱,可直接产出高品位金精矿,浮选效果良好。

Abstract:

The once roughing operation in Shanggong Gold Mine uses flotation column.However,the ore-dressing performance is not satisfying.To improve ore-dressing efficiency,Shanggong Gold Mine conducted semi-industrial test on Jingrui micro-foam flotation concentrator and compared it with flotation columns.The results show that whatever ore it is,sulfide ore,oxide ore,high lead content ore and blended ores included,Jingrui micro-foam flotation concentrator outperforms flotation column and can enhance the recovery of fine-particle grade gold minerals.The gold grade of  gold concentrates obtained by the Jingrui micro-foam flotation concentrator is 32.32 g/t,42 % higher than that of the concentrates by flotation column,the gold recovery rate increasing from 26.39 % to 51.50 %;Jingrui micro-foam flotation concentrator can replace flotation column in the roughing operation in Shanggong Gold Mine,and can directly yield high-grade gold concentrates.The flotation performance is good.
