摘要:

为探索某金矿石特性,采用BPMA自动测试系统、显微镜、化学分析等技术手段,对其开展了详细的工艺矿物学研究,查明矿石矿物组成、主要矿物嵌布特征等,并分析了影响金、银回收的矿物学因素。结果表明:该矿石为高硫、高砷、高钙难处理金矿石,金品位为6.62 g/t、银品位为58.90 g/t;金属矿物主要有黄铁矿、毒砂,多呈粗—中粒嵌布,少部分呈细粒嵌布;脉石矿物主要有方解石、白云石;金主要为硫化物包裹金,占88.50 %,自然金和少量银金矿粒度较细,对金的回收有一定影响;银的独立矿物粒度一般小于0.020 mm,是影响银回收的主要原因。工艺矿物学研究结果为该矿石资源的开发利用提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

In order to explore the characteristics of a gold ore,a detailed technological mineralogical study was carried out based on BPMA automatic test system,microscope and chemical analysis.The mineral compositions and main minerals embedding characteristics in the ore are investigated,and the mineralogical factors that influence gold and silver recovery are analyzed.The results showed that the ore is refractory gold ore with high sulfur,arsenic and calcium content,containing 6.62 g/t gold and 58.90 g/t silver;the main metal minerals are pyrite and arsenopyrite,mostly in the form of coarse-medium-sized grain embedding and small part of them in the form of fine grain embedding;gangue minerals mainly include calcite and dolomite;gold is mainly included in sulfide,accounting for 88.50 %,with fine grains of native gold and a small amount of electrum that has detrimental effect on gold recovery;independent mineral grain size of silver generally is lower than 0.020 mm,which is the main reason that influences silver recovery.The technological mineralogical research results provide basis for the utilization and development of the ore resources.
