摘要:
金属矿山顶板冒落事故发生频率高，事故一旦发生将给矿山企业造成巨大损失。为有效防止井下出现冒顶片帮事故，湖北三鑫公司根据历年地质基础工作和多年的工程实践经验，采取了顶板预分级和现场分级两阶段、三级管理模式，对不同级别的顶板采取相应的技术管理和现场管理措施。实践表明，该顶板分级管理方法科学、操作性强，达到了防范冒顶片帮事故发生的目的。

Abstract:
The roof fall accidents happen frequently in metal mines.Once the accidents happen,there will be a great loss suffered by the mine.In order to effectively prevent roof fall and wall caving from happening underground,Hubei Sanxin company,based on historical geological basic work and many years’ engineering practice experience,adopts two-stage and three-grade management mode of roof pre-grading and onsite grading to carry out corresponding technical management and onsite management measures to different grade roofs.The practice shows that the roof grading and management method is scientific and easy to operate,and can meet the goal to prevent roof fall and wall caving from happening.
