摘要:
中原黄金冶炼厂铜冶炼废气量大、成分复杂、波动大，极端条件下会出现环保指标异常，即颗粒物、SO2浓度超标，不符合日益严格的环保要求。针对铜冶炼废气特点、废气治理工艺及现状，通过增加碱液喷淋塔、电除雾器、塔电一体化高效组合塔等环保设备，对环保烟气进一步脱硫、除尘，处理后环保尾气排放浓度颗粒物<10 mg/m3,SO2 <50 mg/m3，满足河南省超低排放标准要求，每年可节约环保税90余万元，并可回收烟气中有价矿尘，环保效益和经济效益显著。

Abstract:
A large amount of flue gas is generated in the copper smelting process in Zhongyuan Gold Smelter.The quantity of the flue gas is large,the composition is complex and varying,and on some extreme occasions,the environmental index goes wrong and the concentration of PM and SO2 exceeds standards against the increasingly rigid environmental protection requirement.According to the characteristics,treatment processes and status quo of copper smelting flue gas,the environmental flue gas is further desulfurized,dedusted by introducing environmental equipment such as liquid caustic soda spray tower,electric demister,tower electricity integration.The treated environmental flue gas emission concentration is PM<10 mg/m3,SO2<50 mg/m3,meeting the ultra-low emission standard of Henan Province.The treatment process can save over 0.9 million yuan environmental tax annually,and can recover valuable dust and mud from the flue gas,achieving outstanding environmental and economic benefits.
