Experimental research on the beneficiation of a silver-bearing copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in Inner Mongolia

摘要:

针对内蒙古某含银铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石性质,开展了选矿试验研究。结果表明:采用部分混合浮选流程及适宜工艺条件,闭路试验可获得较好指标,铜精矿铜品位20.21 %、铜回收率68.74 %,含银11 772.06 g/t、银回收率29.23 %;铅精矿铅品位58.64 %、铅回收率90.38 %,含银2 448.30 g/t、银回收率57.38 %;锌精矿锌品位57.33 %、锌回收率86.10 %,含银164.00 g/t、银回收率3.22 %;银总回收率89.83 %,铜、铅、锌和银均得到有效综合回收。

Abstract:

According to the ore properties of a silver-bearing copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in Inner Mongolia,experimental research was carried out.The results show that with the partially bulk flotation process and suitable process conditions,the closed-circuit test can obtain good index:copper grade for copper concentrate 20.21 %,copper recovery rate 68.74 %,silver grade 11 772.06 g/t,silver recovery rate 29.23 %;lead grade for lead concentrate 58.64 %,lead recovery rate 90.38 %,silver grade 2 448.30 g/t,silver recovery rate 57.38 %;zinc grade for zinc concentrate 57.33 %,zinc recovery rate 86.10 %,silver grade 164.00 g/t,silver recovery rate 3.22 %;the total recovery rate of silver is 89.83 %,and copper,lead,zinc and silver are all effectively recovered.
