Comparison of determination methods for arsenic content in metallic ores

摘要:

采用5种不同前处理方法进行金属矿中砷量的测定,并对比了方法的相对适用性。结果表明:硝酸-硫酸法、逆王水法和王水法消解样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定砷量准确快速,精密度分别为0.85 %~4.29 %、1.17 %~3.74 %、1.14 %~4.34 %;盐酸-硝酸-高氯酸法不适合砷量的分析测定;碱熔分离-碘量法不适合测定锡、锑含量高的样品,精密度为1.09 %~6.76 %。硝酸-硫酸法简单快速,同时适合高碳、高硫样品中砷量的分析,可作为金属矿中砷量分析的优选方法。

Abstract:

5 different pretreatment methods are used to determine the arsenic content in metallic ores.The relative applicability of the methods is compared.The results show that when nitric acid-sulfuric acid method,reverse aqua regia method and aqua regia method dissolve samples,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry can determine the content ccurately and quickly,and the precisions are 0.85 %-4.29 %,1.17 %-3.74 % and1.14 %-4.34 % respectively;hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-perchloric acid process is not fit for the arsenic content determination;alkali fusion separation-iodometry process is not fit for the samples with high tin and antimony content,the precision is 1.09 %-6.76 %.The nitric acid-sulfuric acid method is simple and fast,at the same time fit for the arsenic content determination when the carbon and sulfur contents are high,and can be used as the preferential method when it comes to the arsenic content determination in metallic ores.
