In this paper,a comprehensive study is carried out in engineering practice to solve the problems of high temperature,rock burst and high pressure water bursting in the design and construction of the development project of blind shaft in Sanshandao Gold Mine at thousand meters deep.A shaft excavation and masonry construction method with multi-point layout of blind shaft sinking facilities is established,which makes the new project scientifically combined with the existing project and reduces the engineering quantity.The ventilation system and facilities are reasonably arranged,which accelerates the circulation speed of airflow,reduces the temperature and humidity in the chamber,and improves the working efficiency.The rock burst and surrounding rock instability were effectively controlled with the two-layer combined tunneling construction method,the overall and local pressure relief combination and measures such as timely support.Microseismic technology is used to predict the water-rich fracture zone,and targeted engineering and safety measures are adopted to stop the flow from the upstream and dredge the channel to the downstream,which effectively avoids the water bursting disaster.The supporting projects have achieved good outcome,which ensures the construction safety,accumulates experience for the construction of blind shafts under complex conditions in the deep part,and is worth referring to.
