摘要:

为满足矿产冶炼、加工企业对含砷金矿石及含砷金精矿标准物质的需求,确保分析数据的准确性,研制了2个金矿石、3个金精矿砷成分分析标准物质,砷品位0.14 %~5.46 %。介绍了标准物质的制备、均匀性及稳定性检验,经多家实验室采用重铬酸钾滴定法和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法进行定值,数据准确可靠,可作为量值传递和量值溯源的重要依据。该系列标准物质点位设计合理,梯度较大,适用性强,具有重要的行业意义和社会意义。

Abstract:

In order to meet the need of reference materials for arsenic content analysis in gold ores and concentrates and ensure the accuracy of analysis data,2 reference materials were developed for arsenic content analysis for gold ores,3 for gold concentrates,and the arsenic grade is 0.14 %-5.46 %.The paper introduced the preparation of reference materials and the test for their uniformity and stability.Verified by many laboratories valuing with potassium bichromate method and ICP-AES,the data are accurate and reliable and can be used as important reference for measuring dissemination of value of quantity and measurement traceability.This series of reference materials are reasonable in design,steep in gradient,and applicable,bearing industrial and social significances.
