摘要:

嵩县山金深部矿体较为破碎,节理裂隙发育程度高,围岩稳定性较差。针对其采用上向水平进路充填采矿法存在开采难度大、采矿损失贫化严重、支护困难、采矿成本高等难题,开展了机械化盘区下向进路充填采矿法试验应用。采准方式为下盘脉外运输巷道和斜坡道相结合,采场自上而下进路开采,并采用凿岩台车钻凿炮孔,极大地提高了矿山的机械化程度。生产实践表明:采用机械化盘区下向进路充填采矿法开采每吨矿石的成本比上向水平进路充填采矿法低6.1元,经济效益较好,且该方法机械化程度高、采矿效率高、采矿成本低、安全性好、开采破碎矿体的难度低,具有较好的推广意义。

Abstract:

The deep ore body of Songxian Shanjin company is broken,the degree of joint fracture development is high,and the stability of surrounding rock is poor.Because the original upward horizontal approach filling mining method is faced with challenges,such as great mining difficulty,serious mining loss and dilution,support difficulty and high mining cost,this paper carried out experimental research on the mechanized panel downward approach mining method.The mining preparation means is that the transport roadway on the footwall outside the vein is combined with the ramp,the stope is mined from top downwards in approaches and steps with drill jumbo drilling bore holes,which greatly improves mechanization degree of the mine.Production practice shows that the mechanized panel downwards approach mining method saves the cost to mine ores by 6.1 yuan/t compared to upward approach mining method,with good economic profits,higher mechanization degree,high mining efficiency,low mining cost,high safety level,low difficulty to mine broken ore body,and high promotional significance.
