摘要:

随着国内经济飞速发展,市场竞争日益激烈。对于矿山企业而言,要在激烈的市场竞争中稳定发展,就要对企业自身的管理制度进行不断的完善更新,而绩效考核作为企业管理的一种重要手段,制定科学合理的绩效考核制度对企业稳定运营及长远发展具有重要作用。针对矿山企业绩效考核存在问题,结合矿山企业特点,提出了绩效考核实施建议,为矿山企业制定、完善绩效考核制度,最大化发挥绩效考核的作用提供参考。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of domestic economy,market economy is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to ensure a steady development in the competitive market,enterprises have to improve their management system continuously.As an important enterprise management means,a scientific and equitable performance evaluation system is vital to the stable and sustainable development of enterprises.This paper has put forward some suggestions for the implementation of performance evaluation in terms of its existing problems and the characteristics of mining enterprises so as to provide references for mining enterprises in formulating,improving as well as optimizing the system.
