摘要:

随着矿山开采不断向深部区域推进,良好的矿井通风技术对于改善井下工作环境、保证地下矿山安全、高效开采至关重要。以加拿大éléonore金矿为工程背景,利用按需通风技术,采用智能化调节矿井通风网络,实现了主风机、局扇、风门及风窗等通风构筑物的远程、自动化、闭环控制,提高了风流利用率,有效保证了井下通风效果。现场试验结果表明:采用按需通风技术,通风量和冬季井口预热热质消耗量节约28.57 %,主扇耗电量节约66 %,局扇耗电量节约90 %以上。

Abstract:

With the continuous advancement of mining to the deep region,good mine ventilation technology is very important for improving the underground working environment and ensuring the safety and efficient mining of underground mines.Based on the engineering background of Eléonore Gold Mine in Canada,this paper adopted the techno-logy of ventilation on demand and the intelligent regulation of mine ventilation network to realize the remote,automatic and closed-loop control of ventilation structures such as main fan,local fan,air door and air window,which improves the utilization rate of air flow and effectively ensures the underground ventilation effect.The field experiment results show that  the ventilation volume and preheating thermal mass consumption in the winter can be reduced by 28.57 %,that the main fan power consumption can be reduced by 66 %,and that local fan power consumption can be reduced by over 90 % by using VOD technology.
