Selection and application of technical schemes for raise construction in underground mines

摘要:

针对保山金厂河铅锌矿矿体赋存条件,对天井施工技术方案进行选择。分析了普通钻爆法、一次爆破成井法、VCR爆破成井法、天井钻机成井法的适用条件,采用定性和定量相结合的评价方法,对各成井方法进行了评价,按照经济对比、质量对比、进度对比、安全对比得出综合评分,最终确定最优方案。主溜井、采区溜井和采场溜井采用天井钻机成井法成井,采场切割井采用VCR爆破成井法成井,回风井采用普通钻爆法成井。根据天井的不同用途,灵活采用不同的成井技术,工程应用效果较好。

Abstract:

According to the occurrence conditions of the ore body in Baoshan Jinchanghe Lead-Zinc Mine,the technical scheme of raise construction is selected.The applicability of general drilling and blasting method,shaft sinking in single time blasting,shaft sinking by VCR method and raise drilling rig method is analyzed.Based on the com-bination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods,each shaft sinking method is evaluated,and the comprehensive score is obtained according to economic comparison,quality comparison,progress comparison and safety comparison,finally the optimal scheme is determined.The main ore pass,ore passes in mining districts and stopes adopt shaft sinking by raise drilling rig method,the stope cutting shaft is blasted by VCR method,and the air return shaft is blasted by general drilling and blasting.According to the use of different vertical shafts,different shaft sinking techniques are flexibly adopted,so that the engineering application effect is relatively good.
