摘要:
“处僵治困”是推进供给侧结构性改革、落实“三去一降一补”的重要举措,而财务工作合理是“处僵治困”工作合规、有序开展的有力保证。通过总结疏理多个国有企业“处僵治困”项目中财务工作，获得了一些启示，并给出相关建议，以期为国有企业“处僵治困”工作顺利开展提供参考。

Abstract:
It is important to deal with staying and poverty enterprises when it comes to accelerate structural reform of supply side and implement 3 removal 1 reduction and 1 supplement strategy.Proper financial work guarantees lawful and orderly implementation of staying and poverty enterprises treatment.The paper summarizes and analyzes the financial work of state-owned enterprises on staying and poverty enterprises treatment,from which revelations are obtained,and puts forward related suggestions,in hope that it can be used as reference in promoting successful implementation of staying and poverty enterprises treatment for state-owned enterprises.
