脉外上向进路充填采矿法在柴胡栏子金矿的应用

Application of out-of-vein upward approach filling mining method in Chaihulanzi Gold Mine

摘要:

柴胡栏子金矿温家地矿区高品位5#脉位于区域成矿构造破碎带内,采用浅孔留矿采矿法开采存在采矿损失贫化高、安全性差、生产效率低等问题。基于确保采场作业安全,控制地压稳定,降低采矿损失贫化及保证采场生产能力等方面考虑,提出了采用脉外上向进路充填采矿法回采深部急倾斜中厚破碎矿体,并详细论述了采场结构参数、采准工程布置、回采工艺等。工业试验结果表明:采用脉外上向进路充填采矿法开采,主要技术经济指标达到了预期,采矿损失率5.5 %,矿石贫化率5.4 %,采场综合生产能力达到96.3 t/d,实现了安全、高效、简单、节约、高回收、低贫损的目标。

Abstract:

The high-grade 5# vein in Wenjiadi mining area of Chaihulanzi Gold Mine is located in the fracture zone of regional ore-forming structure.The short-hole shrinkage mining method is faced with the problems of high mining loss and dilution,poor safety,low production efficiency.Based on the considerations to ensure the safety of stope operation,control the stability of ground pressure,reduce mining loss and dilution and ensure stope production capacity,the out-of-vein upward approach filling mining method is put forward to extract the steeply inclined medium-thick broken ore body in the deep part.The stope structure parameters,mining preparation engineering layout,and mining technology are discussed in detail.The industrial test results show that by using the out-of-vein upward filling mining method,the main technical and economic indicators live up to the expectations,the mining loss rate is 5.5 %,the ore dilution rate is 5.4 %,and the comprehensive production capacity of the stope reaches 96.3 t/d,achieving the goals of safety,high efficiency,simplicity,economy,high recovery and low dilution.
