Experimental study on beneficiation of gold and silver bearing manganese ores

摘要:

某低磷高硫多金属原生碳酸锰矿石可供选矿回收的主要组分为锰,金、银可综合回收利用。针对矿石性质,试验采用浮选—磁选联合工艺流程回收锰、金和银。结果表明:在最佳试验条件下,获得了较高品级的锰精矿,且有价金属金和银有效富集在硫精矿中;硫精矿中银、金品位分别为945 g/t和10.30 g/t,银、金回收率分别为72.43 %和85.07 %;锰精矿锰品位为29.63 %、锰回收率为86.27 %。

Abstract:

The main composition that can be recovered is manganese in a polymetallic primary manganese carbonate ore with low phosphorus and high sulfur content,and gold and silver are comprehensively recovered.Based on the ore property,the experiment uses joint process of flotation-magnetic separation to recover manganese,gold and silver.The results show that under optimal conditions,relatively high grade manganese concentrate is obtained,and valuable metals of gold and silver are effectively enriched in sulfur concentrate;silver and gold grades in sulfur concentrate are 945 g/t and 10.30 g/t respectively,silver and gold recovery rates are 72.43 % and 85.07 % respectively;manganese grade in manganese concentrate is 29.63 % and manganese recovery rate is 86.27 %.
