镇沅金矿无底柱分段崩落采矿法采场结构参数的确定

Determination of mining parameters of pillarless sublevel caving method in Zhenyuan Gold Mine

摘要:

镇沅金矿设计采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法进行开采,为了提高矿石回收率,降低采矿损失率与矿石贫化率,保证矿山实现安全、高效、低成本回采,分别进行了单体模型放矿试验、平面模型放矿验证试验和交叉进路放矿模拟试验,以确定采场结构参数。按照单体模型放矿试验确定的采场结构参数,进行平面模型放矿验证试验,确定矿石回收率、矿石贫化率和采矿损失率等指标。为了获得较好的矿石回收指标,进行了交叉进路放矿模拟试验,根据试验结果,在矿石贫化率25 %的条件下,矿石回收率可达74.88 %~87.98 %。最终确定采场结构参数为分段高度×进路间距×崩矿步距=10 m×10 m×3.9 m,模拟结果可为现场工业试验提供技术支撑与依据。

Abstract:

Zhenyuan Gold Mine was designed to be mined by pillarless sublevel caving method.In order to improve the recovery of ore,reduce the mining loss rate and ore dilution rate and ensure the mine to achieve safe,efficient and low-cost recovery,the monomeric ore discharge model test,planar model ore discharge verification test and cross approach ore discharge simulation test were respectively conducted to determine stope structural parameters.According to the structural parameters determined by the monomeric model ore discharge test,the planar model ore discharge verification test was conducted to determine the indicators of ore recovery rate and ore dilution rate,and mining loss rate.In order to obtain better indicators of ore recovery,a cross approach mining simulation test is carried out,and according to the test results,under the condition that the ore dilution rate is 25 %,the ore recovery rate can reach 74.88 %-87.98 %.The final stope structural parameter is determined:sublevel height×approach spacing×caving step spacing=10 m×10 m×3.9 m.The result can provide technical support and basis for on-site industrial tests.
