The study analyzes a series of problems related to the ungraded tailings cemented filling system put into use in Tongshan Copper Mine,and based on that,carried out targeted optimization and improvement measures,so that the problems that extremely fine tailings are difficult to settle and that the filling concentration is low and very unstable are effectively solved.The production practice shows that good prodution index are oblained after the renoration:the sand concentration was stable at 63 %-67 %,the mortar concentration was stable at 65 %-70 %,the discharge slurry flow was 100-120 m3/h,and the comprehensive cost of filling was 75-80 yuan/m3.The quality of the filling body has been guaranteed,which improves the two-step stoping environment and saves the cost of filling.The optimization of the filling system has a significant effect and can be referred to by similar mines.
