摘要:
针对某金矿石含泥质及贫连生体较多，金嵌布粒度细等特征，应用旋流器对浮选粗精矿进行分选，组成浮选—旋流器分选联合流程，取得了良好的效果。工业生产结果表明：采用旋流器对浮选粗精矿进行选别，能提早、高效地回收浮选粗精矿中大部分单体金和含金黄铁矿，提高金回收率；采用短锥旋流器分选，金回收率比采用分级用水力旋流器更高，可提高到75.04 %。

Abstract:
In light that a gold ore contains much slime and many barren and associate bodies and gold dissemination particle size is fine,cyclone is used for flotation roughing concentration grading composing a flotation-cyclone grading joint flowsheet and achieves good outcome.Industrial production results show that it can quickly and efficiently recover most monomer gold and goldbearing pyrite from flotation roughing concentrates and improve gold recovery rate to use cyclone for grading of flotation roughing concentrates.The shortcone cyclone can achieve better gold recovery rate than grading hydraulic cyclone,which is 75.04 %.
