摘要:
随着国家对环保及安全工作整治力度的加大，矿山井下采空区治理及尾砂排放工作越来越受到矿山企业的重视。为实现绿色矿山建设的目标,经过长期的实践、创新，中钢山东矿业公司形成了一套膏体浓缩充填工艺。膏体浓缩充填是一套系统的充填及尾砂处理方案，整个矿山不再向外排放尾砂。详细介绍了该充填工艺的充填量、设备、工艺流程，以及运行过程中存在的问题和改进措施等。该充填工艺的成功应用，既保证了地表建筑设施和井下作业的安全，又充分回收利用了尾砂，实现了绿色、环保、效益最大化的生产目标。

Abstract:
With the strengthening of national environmental protection and safety regulation,the treatment of underground mined-out area and tailings discharge have been increasingly drawing the attention of mining enterprises.In order to achieve the goal of green mine construction.After long-term practice and innovation,Sinosteel Shandong Mining Company has formed a set of paste concentration filling process.Paste concentration filling is a set of systematic filling and tailings treatment scheme,so that the whole mine no longer discharges tailings.The paper introduces in detail the filling quantity,equipment,process flow,problems and improvement measures in the process of operation.The successful application of this filling process not only ensures the safety of surface building facilities and underground operation,but also fully recycles tailings,realizing the production goal of green,environmental protection and maximum benefit.
