某酸法地浸采铀退役采区地下水微生物多样性研究

Microbial diversity in groundwater of a decommissioned mining area with in-situ acid leaching for uranium operation

摘要:

为研究某酸法地浸采铀退役采区地下水微生物原位修复方法,采集退役采区的地下水,充分混合均匀后,运用高通量测序法获取土著微生物信息,进而确定地下水中微生物群落结构和功能。结果表明:地下水中的微生物既有细菌,也有真菌,且细菌群落的多样性明显高于真菌群落的多样性。细菌以变形菌门为主,占比达67.23 %,而真菌以子囊菌门为主,占比达89.26 %。FAPROTAX分析表明,该退役采区地下水中微生物类型主要为甲基营养型、甲烷营养型、硫酸盐呼吸型、甲醇营养型。

Abstract:

To study the in-situ remediation method of groundwater microorganisms in a decommissioned mining area with in-situ acid leaching for uranium operation,the groundwater was collected,and the indigenous microbial information was obtained by using the high-throughput sequencing method after fully mixing,to determine the structure and function of the microbial community in the groundwater.The results showed that there were both bacteria and fungi in groundwater,and the persity of the bacterial community was significantly higher than that of the fungal community.Proteobacteria dominated the bacteria,accounting for 67.23 %,while Ascomycota dominated the fungi,accounting for 89.26 %.FAPROTAX analysis showed that the microorganisms in the groundwater of the decommissioned mining area were mainly methylotrophy,methanotrophy,sulfate respiration and methanol nutrient.
