纯金纯度标准物质的研制

Research and development of pure gold purity reference material

摘要:

为解决国内纯金、金制品及含金物料冶炼、制造、加工、检测领域企业在质量监控、量值溯源与传递方面无标准物质可用的局面,研制了金纯度为99.999 %的纯金纯度标准物质。标准物质表面整洁、边角完整,无空洞、裂纹、夹层,经乙醇(1+1)超声振荡晾干后,真空塑封备用。经检验,均匀性、稳定性均满足标准物质研制要求。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法、辉光放电质谱法、惰性气体熔融-红外吸收热导法、红外燃烧法等先进测试手段,以及联合定值的方式对纯金纯度标准物质中77种杂质元素进行定值,定值准确,不确定度评定合理。

Abstract:

No reference materials are available when it comes to quality monitoring,valuation traceability,and transfer for the domestic enterprises taking part in the smelting,manufacturing,processing,and testing of pure gold,gold products,and gold-bearing materials.As a solution,the pure gold purity reference material with a gold grade of 99.999 % is researched and developed.The reference material has a tidy surface,intact edge,and no hollows,fissures and interlayers.After vibrated by ethyl alcohol(1+1) and dried,the material is sealed in a vacuum and stands by.The homogeneity and stability are verified,both meeting the requirement of reference material research and development.ICP-MS,GD-MS,inert gas-infrared absorption thermal conductivity method and infrared combustion method,and such advanced testing means are used,and 77 impurity elements in the pure gold purity reference material are valued with joint valuing method.The valuing is precise and the uncertainty degree is reasonably rated.
