摘要:
敦德矿业公司矿岩硬度大，存在人工凿岩劳动强度大、凿岩效率低、井下作业环境差等问题。为确保矿山生产能力，提高凿岩效率，改善井下作业环境，敦德矿业公司引入BOOMER-281型单臂液压凿岩台车代替人工凿岩。详细介绍了该凿岩设备性能参数及特性，并对该凿岩设备在敦德矿业公司的实际应用情况进行了分析，将BOOMER-281型单臂液压凿岩台车与人工凿岩施工效率进行对比。结果表明：采用BOOMER-281型单臂液压凿岩台车凿岩后，巷道掘进效率提高了35 %，人员劳动效率提高了300 %，节约凿岩火工品费用37万元/a，且使作业人员安全得到有效保障。

Abstract:
The rock is hard in Dunde Mining Company,and the manual drilling is labor-intensive,the drilling efficiency low and the underground working environment poor.To ensure mine production capacity,and improve drilling efficiency and underground working environment,Dunde Mining Company has introduced BOOMER-281 single-arm hydraulic drill jumbo to replace manual drilling.The paper in detail introduced the performance parameters and features of the drilling equipment and analyzed the actual application of the drilling equipment to Dunde Mining Company.The BOOMER-281 single-arm hydraulic drill jumbo is compared with manual drilling construction on their efficiency.The results show that BOOMER-281 single-arm hydraulic drill jumbo can improve excavation efficiency by 35 %,man labor efficiency by 300 %,reduce drilling explosives consumption by 370 000 yuan/a,and ensure operators’ safety.
