Abstract:

The content of the recoverable valuable element is gold in a gold ore and the grade is 1.78 g/t.The on-site production process is all-sliming cyanide leaching process. To solve the pressure of environmental protection challenges faced by the mine and realize green production, new ore-dressing processes are explored to replace the existing all-sliming cyanide leaching process.Based on process mineralogy research, the process flows of single flotation and gravity separation+flotation were compared, and the latter was chosen. The test results show that the gravity separation+flotation process obtained the gravity concentrate gold grade 3 034.60 g/t,flotation concentrate gold grade 16.85 g/t,and the gold total recovery of gravity separation and flotation is 94.80 %.The gold recovery index of gravity separation+flotation process is similar to that of the on-site all-sliming cyanide leaching process.A gold concentrate with a gold grade of 68.25 g/t and gold recovery rate of 84.95 % and a sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 42.21 % and gold content of 3.25 g/t were obtained by an experimental study on gold and sulfur separation of flotation gold concentrate. The research result provides some references for similar mines to realize green production.
