Abstract:

In light of the unstable artificial roof failure in the process of underhand cut and fill at the north wing ore bodies of Jiaojia Gold Mine, the cause for the artificial roof failure is analyzed based on field survey and the optimized design is put forward. The “田” layout is changed to “品” layout.Adjacent artificial roofs are connected by hanging bars.Vertical bars are added. The cemented filling artificial roof strength is fully utilized and artificial roof stability. Insitu industrial application has achieved good outcome and mining cost is reduced by 18.88 yuan/t.The artificial roof optimization design construction plan provides guidance for safe and efficient extraction of the north wing ore bodies in Jiaojia Gold Mine and can be used as reference for artificial roof construction in similar mines.
