Abstract:

In order to further discuss and renovate the process mining the high loss and dilution rate, intense workload of cutting projects in the mining of moderately inclined extremely thick and large orebodies, the paper takes the TII orebody of Tengjia Gold District of Xincheng Gold Mine as the background, and carries out experimental research on sublevel drilling and staged ore extraction continuous mining method. The paper in detail introduced the stoping methods including upper wall in-advance roof support, retreat continuous stoping,in-advance cracking blasting, cast blasting, airbag and medium-long hole caving.Onsite test results show that the application of the method centra-lizes each link, greatly reducing the number of underground staff, improving safety, and achieving good technical index including the production capacity of 504.19 t/d,ore dilution rate 6 % and mining loss rate 7 %.The study can provide reference for other mines.
