Abstract:

Based on 15 groups of blasting design parameters and blasting vibration data from a large-scale domestic open-pit mine and grey correlation analysis, the grey correlation degree between the blasting characteristics variables of vibration speed, vibration frequency and vibration time and the blasting design parameters of maximum single section charge, total charge and distance to blasting center is calculated, and the primary and secondary effects that each parameter has on blasting vibration are successfully predicted. The main factor that affects the vibration speed and vibration time is the distance to blasting center, and the main factor that affects the vibration frequency is maximum single section charge. The study provides theoretical basis for mines to control blasting vibration.
