Study on pumping resistance and transportation parameters optimization of underground filling pipeline

Abstract:

In order to determine the pumping performance index of high-concentration tailings slurry in Gaofeng Mine,the pumping simulation of total tailings slurry with different mass concentrations,namely 86 %,84 %,83 %,81 %,and 79 %,was carried out by using two-phase particle flow mechanics theory.The results show that in the steady pipeline flow field,decreasing slurry concentration is beneficial to transportation fluidity,but when slurry concentration is low,the effect grows less obvious.In terms of the waste-to-tail ratio,6∶4 or 7∶3 is recommended when the strength is satisfied.Further improvement of parameters may lead to a surge of erosion and silting.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design of an underground pumping filling pipe network.
