Abstract:

In view of the problems of poor stope operation safety, serious mining loss and dilution, and low production efficiency when the shallow hole shrinkage method is used for steeply inclined medium-thick ore bodies,in the case study of mining the steeply inclined medium-thick ore body in the Jiuzhanggou mining area of Songxian Shanjin Mining Co.,Ltd.,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various mining schemes, and applying the fuzzy mathematics method and the unascertained measurement theory to optimize the selection, the mining method of double-mining combining upward and horizontal layered filling in the outside-vein raise is determined as the best mining plan.An industrial test was carried out in Stope 4150529 on the Level 15 of the Jiuzhanggou mining area.A total of 23 750 t of ores was mined within one year of the test, and the mining loss rate was reduced to 4.0 %,and the ore dilution rate is reduced to 5.8 %.Compared with the shallow hole shrinkage method used in the early mines, the profit increased by 68.05 yuan/t.The economic benefits are significant. The study can be used as a reference for similar mines.
