Abstract:

A certain skarn type iron-copper polymetallic ore in Qinghai has its minerals embedded in fine grain size, associated with sphalerite, pyrrhotite and other minerals, and the content of easily argillous serpentine, olivine, chlorite and other gangue minerals is high.According to the characteristics of the ore, comprehensive recovery process is studied. The results show that when the process of copper sulfur mixed flotation-middling regrinding-copper sulfur separation-iron recovery by weak magnetic separation and a new type of collector and inhibitor were used, under optimal test conditions, the copper recovery rate is 75.28 % and total iron recovery rate is 73.12 % which are good index.Besides, the associated zinc element can be comprehensively recovered.
