Abstract:

Thickening of tailings slurry is an important part of the mine backfilling process and is mainly realized by sand bin.However,compaction and sticking of tailing deposits are likely to occur in the application.To improve the fluidity of tailings,achieve steady tailings discharge,and improve the mine backfilling capacity,the rheological properties,thickening uniformity,and tailings discharge stability of high-concentration fine tailings slurry under ultrasonic activation were studied.The results help guide the mine application.
